In making a reservation, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you have read the following;

Arrivals and Departures
Check in from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Please text or call 0796 6624451 on the day of arrival and let us know of your approximate time of arrival. Following this, a text around 30 minutes notice of arrival would be much appreciated so we can be there to meet, greet and let you into the apartment.

Rentals terminate at 11.00am on the day of departure. Keys to be deposited through the letter box of the apartment.

Payment
We accept the following forms of payment, credit and debit cards

Mastercard / Visa

Damages
Visitors are asked to keep the property in the same state of repair as when they arrived. In the event of breakages, damage or extra cleaning required after the property is vacated, we will notify you within 2 weeks of any costs incurred and charge these to the card details provided at time of payment/booking.

Number of Occupants
The number of people staying must not exceed the maximum number specified for each flat. If we become aware that the number of people staying exceeds the maximum number, we reserve the right to ask the entire party to vacate the premises. In these circumstances we also reserve the right to retain the payment made and there will be no refund for unused days.

In the event of any complaints of noise or disrespect and damage to the property, we reserve the right to require visitors to vacate the premises with immediate effect and with no compensation for unused days.

Parties are not permitted.

Cleaning
The flats are cleaned prior to arrival and again on a Friday if your stay if for a period of a week or longer.

Linen
Linen and towels are changed with every clean.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received by email to lesleyjane@www.bridgwateraccommodation.net or text to 0796 6624451 with 5 day’s notice before your arrival date.

If we are forced to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control we will endeavour to offer you alternative accommodation at no extra cost to you, (please make note, there is very little similar accommodation, so the alternative would be hotel based or a Bed & Breakfast). Glue 2 Properties Ltd will be under no further obligation or liability for any losses or expense arising from the cancellation. There are no further circumstances for which Glue 2 Properties Ltd will be liable for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel any letting should you or any member of your party cause damage to the property, it’s furniture or contents or should you create a serious disturbance to any adjoining neighbours.

Right of Entry
Owners of Glue 2 Properties Ltd shall be allowed access to the property at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary maintenance or repairs. Prior notice will be given.

Complaints
In the event of complaints, please call 0796 6624451 or email lesleyjane@www.bridgwateraccommodation.net. Please kindly note complaints are more easily resolved while you are still in the property.

Liability and Insurance
Glue 2 Properties Ltd and it’s employees/owners do not accept 3rd party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise. We cannot in any circumstances accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage or loss or accident to personal property. Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure adequate personal and travel insurance is taken out.

Pets
We are sorry, but no pets are allowed to stay in the apartments.

Disabled Access
Both apartments are accessed by a flight of stairs. We therefore advise that unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to the apartments.

Smoking
There is a no smoking policy with regards the apartments
